Event Liability Waiver & Terms of Entry
Isla De Nado: Skull Island

By purchasing a ticket to Isla De Nado: Skull Island (the Event), you (Attendee) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions in their entirety. This agreement is entered into between you and CALINADO LLC (Organizer), a Missouri limited liability company, and is binding upon ticket purchase.
1. Age Requirement

This Event is strictly 21+ only. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. Attendee confirms they are 21 years of age or older at the time of the Event.

No refunds will be issued to attendees denied entry due to failure to meet the age requirement or failure to present valid identification.

2. Alcohol & Cannabis Acknowledgment

Attendee acknowledges and agrees that:

(a) Alcohol will be available for purchase at the Event for guests 21 and older.

(b) This is a "Bring Your Own Cannabis" (BYOC) event. CALINADO LLC does not sell, supply, sponsor, distribute, or provide cannabis products of any kind at this Event. Any cannabis present at the Event has been brought by individual attendees at their own discretion.

(c) Attendee is solely and fully responsible for ensuring that any cannabis they possess, transport, or consume complies with all applicable Missouri state and local laws, including possession limits and rules governing consumption at private events. CALINADO LLC makes no representation as to the legality of Attendee's individual conduct and assumes no role in, or responsibility for, any attendee's personal cannabis.

(d) Attendee assumes full personal responsibility for their choice to consume alcohol and/or personally-provided cannabis at the Event. Attendee agrees not to operate a motor vehicle or engage in any activity that poses a risk to themselves or others while under the influence.

(e) CALINADO LLC, Vintage Gold, and all affiliated parties, vendors, artists, and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, property damage, legal consequence, confiscation, or citation arising from Attendee's possession or consumption of alcohol or cannabis brought to the Event by Attendee or any other guest.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance at the Event, including but not limited to: personal injury, property loss or damage, exposure to loud music, crowd activity, and any other inherent risks of a live event.

Attendee hereby releases, waives, and discharges CALINADO LLC and all associated parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of attendance at the Event.

4. Photo & Video Release

Attendee acknowledges that photography and videography will take place at the Event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

By attending, Attendee grants CALINADO LLC and its partners a royalty-free, perpetual license to use any likeness captured at the Event in marketing materials, social media, and future promotional content without further compensation or notification.

5. Code of Conduct

Attendee agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward all attendees, staff, artists, and vendors. CALINADO LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event without refund for disruptive, threatening, or unlawful behavior at the sole discretion of Event staff.

6. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the event of cancellation by the Organizer. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed through the original ticket purchase platform.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Missouri.
